Clete Goddard leads national sales at DecisionHR and also heads The Goddard Advisers. He helps small and mid-sized businesses make smart, confident decisions—connecting owners with best-fit solutions across payroll, benefits, HR, risk, and workers’ comp. His approach is simple: clarity over jargon, options over guesswork, results over noise.

A Tampa Bay native and University of Tampa graduate, Clete has spent a decade on the UT Men’s Soccer coaching staff as an assistant and goalkeeping coach. That experience shows up in his work—structured planning, steady communication, and a calm focus when stakes are high.

Clete is active in the community, volunteering with organizations including Metropolitan Ministries, Trinity Café, Fighter Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity. He lives in Tampa with his wife, Jessica, their son, Cash, and their daughter, Cali.
